In order to improve the performance of emulsion explosive and reduce cost,in veiw of the problems of easy to cause negative oxygen balance, high water phase crystallization point and the storage stability is affected when there is no sodium nitrate in aqueous phase solution of emulsion explosive,first the proportion of the aqueous solution was calculated,then the effect of the crystallization inhibitor of ammonium nitrate on the water phase crystallization point was investigated,and the different content of macromolecule wax on the storage period and strength of explosive, along with the effect of different content of polyisobutylene diimide on the storage period were studied ,finally the best technology was used in actual production. The results show that the emulsion explosive is prepared by no sodium nitrate when the content of ammonium nitrate and crystallization inhibitor in aqueous solution are 85%-91% and 0.3% respectively, the content of macromolecule wax in oil phase is 4%-6% and the content of polyisobutylene diimide is 5%-7%, the product is tested under different storage period, and the application result is good, the cost of explosive production is reduced by more than 2 million yuan.
